This is a new sandal wood wrist mala in our store. There are 22 genuine sandal wood beads plus a turquoise bead spacer and each sandal wood bead approximately measures 6mm and It is made adjustable that would fit any wrist size. It comes in a handmade cloth bag. When you open the pouch, you will smell the fragrance of the real sandal wood. Mala beads are usually used for meditation, counting mantras, prostration and so on. You can usually see lots of Tibetan buddhist monks and lay persons use malas while they go around stupas or doing prostrations all over Tibet, Nepal and India. In the monasteries monks use mala for Buddhist Phylosophical debading. You wear it around your left wrist while the mala not in use. Please let me know with any more questions
